The implementation files found on this site are provided as is. There are no guarantees about their correctness, robustness, or effectiveness for a particular task.

We try to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all our implementation files. If you spot an error or want additional functionality in an I.F., please contact us.

Your ability to use implementation files downloaded from this site depends on your BARfly license and the terms associated with the particular file downloaded:

		FREE implementation files are always source-available, although the reverse is not necessarily true. You are free to use these files any way you wish, royalty-free.
		You may not use an implementation file purchased under one BARfly license with any other BARfly license, unless all such licenses are owned by the same entity.
		Implementation files that you purchase from the site (not the free files) may or may not come with source availability. The files that have source availability are explicitly marked in the format information field.
		Source to implementation files with a valid "AUTHOR" field is copyright of that author. This means distribution of the source is subject to copyright restrictions.
		PROPRIETARY implementation files make use of one or more algorithms subject to additional legal restrictions, such as those covered by third-party software patents. In addition to agreeing to whatever payment scheme is necessary for the I.F., you may also need to agree to other legal terms as well. Proprietary files are explicitly marked in the format information field.

There are no restrictions on the distribution or usage of  individual "pieces" of I.F. source text that you might find in online help examples, forums, etc., unless the entire section of code is clearly marked as copyright of a particular author.

You might have an idea for an I.F., actual or theoretical, that you would like to see on this site. Don't hesitate to contact us if you want us to expand our offerings; we are glad to increase the website knowledge-base.

We are constantly growing our network of support for data formats. Got a suggestion for a data format that is not on our site? We'll get on it right away.

If you have developed an I.F. on your own and wish to post it on this site, we do accept outside submissions. However, we do not pay individuals for their submissions unless they are under contract for such work. In some cases, this site may offer money for third-party individuals to develop implementation files, but such terms are always explicitly published.

Keep in mind that we are unable to satisfy all requests for data formats. Some data formats might not have suitable documentation, and some patent-holders might not want to do business with us. If there is a reason a data format is unavailable, we will do our best to inform you as to the reasons.

If for any reason you feel that a data format is on this site that should not be due to legal restrictions, please let us know immediately. We will remove the data format from the site.
