Managing the list of bookmarks can get unwieldy at times if you have created a
very large number of them. You can invoke the bookmark management view by
choosing Insert.Manage Bookmarks. From this view, you
can navigate through all bookmarks for every open data file, and explicitly
remove them if needed.
This view contains a list of
all node bookmarks found in every open file. In the example
to the left, there are two different data files open, each with their own set
of bookmarks. The first two list columns consist of the same data found
in the bookmark navigation dialog (node browser line and hierarchy
path). The third column shows the name of the data file the bookmark was
created to work with.
You can navigate to the bookmark in the corresponding data file by selecting the
bookmark from the list and clicking the "Go To" button.
You can also remove the bookmark by clicking the "Remove"
button.
When you close a data file, all bookmarks associated with that data file
disappear from the list; they are permanently lost.
